Zagorski Strukli (Cheese Puff Pastry) - in English, na Hrvatskom
Take one pound (1/2kg) of puff pastry (lisnato tijesto). Roll into large rectangle (2X2 feet or 0.5mX0.5m) on a floured board. Top with the filling (half pound (1/4kg) farmer's cheese (svjezi sir), half pound (1/4kg) of feta cheese, two eggs, salt to taste). Roll and cut into two inch pieces. Cook in boiling water four-five minutes. Take out the cooked pieces and place into greased pyrex dish (do not drain all liquid). Spread with topping (mix six tablespoons sour cream, one egg, salt to taste). Bake in preheated oven (365F or 185C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
